Before i reached office, i sms Jason. He said he is still on MC. Good!! I can sit at his place. The day before Ella said she still feeling weak maynot be able to come. When i reached, then i realised Ella still on MC, Jason also, LIN and Maria also on MC!! WAHHHHH 4 on MC, then Hilson off day, June still on Exam Leave!! Wahahhaha that make it 6 of our batch not ard liao. Minus Atticus, Zann, xinjun, that will make it 9!! Whats remaining in our grp is Yumin, nyself and tat Ass !
I heard Zaiton telling Eng Choo there are 9 pple on MC!! WOW !! And not taking into consideration those on Annual Leave. Can u all imagine?? The whole day long, it was beeping non-stop!! 9 calls, 7 calls, 8 calls, 4 calls, ..... the beeping is non stop. The whole day long i was tired out. Canot even do my trace without the work mode coz calls kept coming in seriously!!
I very sway, in this very short handed day, i still kana nasty customers! This Mr Khan called to enq abt his shpt which is some wine, i told him shpt came in the morning n still in clearance. Told him wine will take longer time for clearance and furthermore juz arrived this morning. He nag and shouted asking me to get the shpt out of custom and deliver to him by today. Say he will hold DHL responsibility! Told him its in custom beyond dhl control. He is realy chao chee bye lor. I initiate a trace. I dun care!
Then this Mirinda from standard chartered ask abt round trip shptment. Wanted us to arrange to send document to jkt and let customer signed and send back. SHE wanted to pick up today and send to jkt on same day. And let customer signed and return the next day! Dun u think she is sick! Anyway im not sure abt round trip. So i ask baobei. Baobei told me i must initiate trace and ask her fax awb and instruction letter. So i told customer we will send document to cnee at jkt, then let them sign and we collect back and shpt only can catch next days flight. She agree! I open trace. Then BL and Rowena told me canot sign and pick up on the spot one! DIE LAH !! i promised liao. If canot, then wats round trip shpt?? Then i called back Mirinda told her tat lah. She die die say her customer will sign and we collect back. Watsoever lah .. i ask her for her cnee number and say we try to collect back by diff courier on same day. watever . i update trace. BL says ok. Fiak rite !!
Then, this customer asks me check for incoming shpt. I ask for AWB. She said 334. I ask for the AWB again. She stressed its 334! I said our AWB is 10digits. she said tats wat her customer give her. I ask when was the shpt picked up. she said NO IDEA! I asked roughly when. She said i really have no idea. i ask Who is the shpr??she said she duno. I ask send from which country. She said Kiri Barat. I ask for postcode, she read me the PO Box. I said i need the postcode. She said dun have, only PO Box number. I ask what country was the shpt from. She said "Kiri Barat." . I ask is this the city name?? (It doesnt sound like a country name wat rite )) She siad no city name. I ask can i know the country name again. She Said " Din i just said its KIRI BARAT" . Nabei .. i go check the service directory. Damn .. Kiribarat really a country! How i know leh. Then she added "Can u just check for me do i have any incoming shpt!! " She added she knows what we need in order to check for the shpt but she got no details at all. Ask me try to check for her! FUCK rite !!
I tried .. i REALLY tried!! I search for a range of dates but NO DISPLAY RESULTS AT ALL. So i dun even need to ask abt who is the shpr liao. Coz got no results at all lah!! She asks me monitor and call her back when got shpt for her! I REALLY FEEL LIKE SMACKING HER FACE! I said with limited information, and tat i also had tried, i realy have no info and i wont be able to monitor at all coz NOTHING AT ALL. She said " can i speak to your supervisor" ! I told her even if u speak to supervisor, it will only be the same as we need sufficient info to check. She said she understand, and she wanted to speak to supervisor!
I directed to one of the supervisors, the supervisor told me i should not escalate everything to supervisor. Well #$^%$&%&% , i think i had done my best already. She wanted to speak to supervisor, i said NO meh? Anyway the supervisor took the call and case close.
In the afternoon, it was BEEPING non-stop! Stanford was walking ard alrady! Tok to ths supervisor and tat supervisor. Then Stanford was asking Rowena our batch, how many pple under each supervisor!
Then Stanford toked to Zaiton, tok abt the service level. And he commented that it is due to the NEW STAFF thats why so many MC or something like tat . Stanford said something abt new guys lah .. i reckon its abt the new guys mia or mc lah .. its true also hor ... 9 on MC, 4 from our batch! Like i said, our batch of 12 only left Yumin, myself and tat ASS !
Rowena also emailed my grp asking us to put in effort as the service level was only 83.3% as at 12pm! Hahahhahaha ... no wonder Stanford was hoping ard for awhile. All supervisors were answer calls when it beeps too! Its only until 5plus then i can start to rest abit on my mouth!! Damn ! Tired out tokking man! Lucky tmr i on off !
Well in the afternoon, i already very sian liao still tokking non-stop on fone. Then that Asshole came to my desk, put a piece of paper on my table, said "Marcus, your customer, fax to her now, its urgent !! " On the paper was AWB number, Catherine, and a number which i supposed its the fax number! Tat time i was on the line!
What a fuck rite this Miss Yang ! Cheebye! She can walked over to my seat and put tat note on my table, cant she asked wat the customer want ?? Usualy we asked wat the customer want and see if we can help wat. Retrieve AWB and faxed over she canot ask customer meh .. specially take over to me ask me fax!! And who the fuck is Catherine?? Issit realy my customer or not! I was fucking pissed man! Nevermind, i retrieve the AWB by going to Pc Doc, damn, there is no AWB there! Fax wat fuck . So who is this Catherine?? I also canot rem did i fax any AWB or tok to Catherine or not .. such a common name! Tulan man!
And then, i realy sway, this call by Jasmine, said she indicated on AWB on the insurance part and indicated the declared values there. But she dun need insurance!! I sian liao lah ! Then i asked zaiton, zaiton ask me send memo and mobi courier .. again i got to go on work mode liao! But then, nabei customer put down liao .. i got to call her ask her abt her shpt details in order to send memo .. BUT its a regular picked up and no indications at all so i got to called customer ask wat time was it picked up and wat items etc .. and this jasmine ask me to juz delete tat away from the awb .. why ask so much ... FUCK rite! So easy issit ! Anyway, i sent the memo. Need to mobi the courier but it shows on mobi service not available. While at despatch room with my mobi asking despatch abt the correct number to dial, winnie came into despatch room, said in hokkien to me , lend me ur mobi first and she just take and go while i was attending to despactch but staring at all ... REALLY feel like smacking this CHAO CHEE BYE !! but in the end despatch said help me inform the courier so i dun need the mobi anymore .. but im tulan wat !! Turbai rite!
Same thing, while i can have some rest when less calls coming in, then kana this call from our couter part at malaysia. Ask me abt Carnet shpt! I really can faint! I ask Rowena, Rowena showed me something from the tool kit which i also had on hand. But tats only telling us how to handle carnet shpt, Wat our counterpart asking is wat are the document needed to prepare the carmet permit. Rowena showed me the notes and asks me to read to him.. But those were only pointers and still i was not answering him WATS THE DOCUMENT NEEDED to apply for carnet! Wah lau .. then i saw something, i told him tat his shpr needs to apply from Singapore Institute of Commerce Centre and no one else. This organisation will be able to advise his shpr .... then he ask for the number n said his shpr keep pressing him and said he got anything he will call me again .. i said anyone can help .. he said " marcus dun like tat lah .. help me lah ... " wah lau .. i said ok .. but tmr i on off .. whahahhaha ..lucky its not customer .. its our counter part .. so its ok !
Anyway, i was smsing u guys lah . Lin, Hilson, Jason, Ella etc abt my day and abt Carnet shpt. Well some of u replied with sense lah ....

Anyway ... knock off .. toked to Rohaya .. and she taught me some tips .. and gossip abit . wahhahhaa ... soon i left for home ...
