Anyway, today LIN, Dada and Hilson was on MC today. Our batch really live up to our names! Problematic batch? Every week bound to have incident happening!

Blessing for Hilson, it was not internal bleeding as he thought and worried over. It was juz piles. So pal, drink more hearbal tea and now u know u felt the fear so you and ur dear can start to think of quitting smoking to lead a more peaceful life?? I mean ur dear LIN.

DaDa, well today samsudin came up at lunch time and he was toking to Rowena. When i get back to my seat, i overheard things from Rowena saying " I understood she had dengue fever last time but .... " I cant hear clearly ...
Then lastly Samsudin said " i tried to tok to her" ..... Thats wat i heard. Did not know what happened.

So when i knocked off, i sms dada and ask is her MC for real or ....... and also to alert dada that Rowena did tok to her dad. This Bimbo telling me abt some Bimboic stories .... said some one cast black magic on her and want her to die ... to me .. dada .. its abit bimboic lor ... but thn i do belive in such things thou when u said every morning u wake up u will shiver.. Poor Gal, clear tat cast soon ok ..

Atticus started to sit near his manager already and from now on we would not see his emails that often already.

Today my Buddy sms me, asking me to meet up on friday for dinner. I felt he must have something to tell me. But he said he just missed me as we long time no see. I din attend his ROM coz of work, but tats not the real reason. One minor reason is his wife's fren and i had some rather deep and awkard misunderstanding thus i choose not to turn up, piling up excuses. But buddy was understanding enuff. His wife, also my sec sch fren, also understood.
But the thing now, whats wrong with my buddy?? i just felt something is not rite with him.

Today Miss Yang walked past my table, put 2 curry puffs on my table. My heart softened. anyway, today she doesnt looked the same. I feel that she looked sad and depressed. At one moment of time i tot she was crying as she walked out the door,. I went to ask Cindy, Cindy said NO .. juz becoz winnie is having a flu.
Anyway. i felt Winnie wasnt her ownself today. I felt she was troubled by some things. All suden i felt i was bad to have spoken abt her last time. I told Rohaya this too.

Miss Yang asked for my account number and she will transfer the money to me. She even ask do i want cash and she could give it to me now. I said to bank in to my account.

All sudden, i really felt sypathetic for her. Just hope that she could be more matured. thinking back, if ANYONE of us were to be in Winnie's shoes, being TALKED abt, TEASED, ETC ETC ,... will we be able to take it? Its definitely not a good feeling rite??

Anyway, today Winnie came over to my table and return me $50 first. I was on the fone, and she wrote on my rough paper that she returned the other $50 at 31st . She actualy tell me she will return me the $100 at 31st, but now she is early. My heart softened. Thinking to myself was i too harsh to her tat time.

Idiotic Customers

Today at work, got a few small incident.

1st Incident
This customer called in and ask does DHL import and export DOX. I said yes. Then i ask importing from which country and how heavy. Then i ask is it put into some flyers or envelopes. He replied im shipping DOGS !! Animals !!
Immediately i said NO !! We dun ship dogs !! hhahahhahahha


2nd Incident
Customer : I want to send a laptop to JKT, im going there for an exibition sale and i overloaded so i want to shiped my personal laptop to JKT.

Marcus : Its subject to custom clearance and taxes at destination.

Customer : WHY got tax? Its for exibition. In singapore there isnt any tax if its going into Singapore.

Marcus : Im not sure how the operation goes. But at my end, i have to advise my customers tha as long as a parcel is concern, its subject to taxes. It all depends on the custom at the destination. And furthermore, you are sending your personal laptop and its not a sale item.

Customer : Can you check for me the taxes at JKT if i were to send my laptop.

Marcus : Im unable to advise the taxes at all. Like i said, its subject to the destination custom and we are unable to advise at all.

Customer : Can u call and check and let me know . I give u my contact number.

Marcus : We are really unable to advise at all. Becoz its subject to the destination custom. We realy got no idea of the taxes.

Customer : Nevermind. This is very bad service.

AND he hung up .. nabei he think he spent alot of money in dhl ah !! knn !


Incident 3
Customer : I want to send parcel to BLR post code xxxxxxx

Marcus : Its an unlisted city in india and we only service MAIL, we dun serve parcel. This is according to my service directory. Im reading from there. This applies to sending parcel to an unlisted city in india.

Customer : You all dun send parcel to india??

Marcus : No, what i meant was if you send a parcel to normal areas in india, its ok. But to an unlisted city, there are restrictions. If you insist, we can still try, but i have to tell u ahead that we we are unable to deliver your parcel, you cnee may have to go to our service centre to do a self collection. And also If we could sent it, there may not be POD and we may engage a third party forwarder or by mail.

Customer : So which means dhl dun send parcel?

Marcus : LIKE i mentioned, we do send, but ur area is an unlisted area.

Customer : Then why does DHL say you all do deliveries to ALL PARTS OF THE WORLD !

Marcus : (Im stucked abit) .. Yes we do deliver to all parts, for document, we can still deliver but for ur case its a parcel.

Incident 4
This incident nothing great. But this woman Magret, before she started to pick up arrgment, she asked did i celebrate deepavali. (DO i sound like an indian) .. I said i was working. Then she said happy deepavali and hari raya to me. Said its a festive season, im not trying to offend you but i juz want to wish you happy festival, holiday.
I wished her merry christmas and deepavali , hari raya, happy new year.
She wishes me back all the festive greetings.. haha i say thank u and start to make her tok abt her pick up arrgment !

What a JOKE !

Yesterday I was tokking to my good friend over the fone. As we were chatting, he revealed a joke to me ... YES its a JOKE !!

Come let me share with you this story.

My good friend Eddie on and off will go to irc for chat, and this rascal, rich guy son lah, drives a car and will be able to get girls out with her.

Eddie told me he went to fetch this gal at her blk, and they drove off for spin. It was late at night already. As my friend was driving, this gal trying to hold his hands, touch his lap, and also leaning towards my friend when he was driving. And to an extent, she even ly on my frens arms and shoulders, and then again trying to be touchy to my friend.

So Eddie stopped at some dark spots, and looked at her, and held her hands. Eddie was thinking to himself tat this is an easy target. Which i AGREE lah, when a gal initiate to be touchy and somehow lean towards u etc .. this gal is out there for sex lah!! First time meet up and she is so touchy alrady.. GUYs, aint this a very clear HINT ??

Jerry : Can you tell me your GM's name and FAX number?

Marcus : Whats this regarding.

Jerry : I want to make a complain.

Marcus : Hi Jerry, i cant escalate this way. Are you able to go to our website to make a feedback or complain there as we have higher management who will attend to it.

Jerry : Why cant you give me the name and number? I wanted to write to your GM. Is there a problem in telling me your GM's name and fax number? If that;s the case, I will quote your name, Marcus rite .

Marcus : You hold the line please.

I went to Sharon and Zaiton, they told me give our fax number. I thought supervisor will handle it, surprisingly they asks me to give customer GM's name but our fax number.

Marcus : Thank you for holding Jerry, the fax number is 6281 xxxx, and our GM's name is YASMIN.

Jerry : What;s the full name? You cant expect me to attention to YASMIN thats all.

Marcus : OK, pls kindly hold the line.

I went to Sharon and Zaiton again. I ask them yasmin full name. Zaiton commented " you duno yasmin full name? "

Marcus : The shpt can only reached on Tuesday.

Customer : NO. Your CSO told me there is no cut off time and said it could reach on Monday. Now you tell me another thing. If you all cant promise me, then tell me. I can look for other courier. Now so late alrady how to find other courier. Is there any way to reach on Monday?

Marcus : I have double checked your post code and comfirmed shpt can only reach on Tuesday.

Customer : Can u help me check who is the CSO who told me it can be sent on Monday. I cant remember the name its yesterday 2 plus i call in.

Marcus : I need to know the name. Every minute and seconds, we have many calls coming in and we have more then 50 CSOs in the office so i need to know the name at least.

Customer : I cant remember the name. Last time i also call to enquire and when i call like one hour later, your other CSO can tell me who did i speak to earliar on. Sure u all can check one. Can you check for me who spoken to me yesterday.

Marcus : I realy cant and i need at least the name.

Customer : Marcus, sure u can find out. If you are telling me you cant find out, then i will call up and said that you are the one who quote me saying Monday ny shpt can reached.

Today, calls for me are still quite fine. Many Pick Up calls. But i wonder why my other colleages all complaining they dealing with so many tracing calls. HENG HENG for me ah! But there are one call which made me difficult.

This customer called and looked for Sharon. I ask issit the FL supervisor. She said yes. I asked wats that regarding. She insist in speaking to Sharon. Thn finally she told me she juz spoken to CSO David and give me the AWB. She said she is Cindy RO. I looked at the AWB. Wah .. long trace there. Cindy wanted us to send her email to comfirm that shpt is found and is processing already, which is what david told her, which i agree. She said she need to answer to her director and need us to send her email now to comfirm tat DHL has found the shpt (which were declared missing earliar on) and is processing it now. I said we need to liase with destination side and we wont be able to give her answer now. I tried to put her to 3 tracing agents who were handling this case but all off duty liao. I asked Rowena, she ask me go find Hazel. I went to find Hazel, Hazel said she handling a troublesome case and said Azhari can handle this case, ask me tok to Azhari. I went to Azhari, told him Hazel asked me to ask him for help. Azhari doesnt look happy. He told me "marcus, i have to tell u im not supposed to be here now" .
So i said i will see how. But Azhari asked me for the AWB, said shpt doesnt come into SIN wat. I explained to him. He said take down customer number and he will call later. So i told Cindy the customer tat Azhari will call later. She demand for a fix time. I said i cant!! Then she said is from DHL Regional Office not customer. Ask us to send her the comfirmation email. Then i realised she is from DHL!! Damn it! I told Azhari, he even more flared up!!!
Then later abt knocking off time, Azhari told me its settled and tat Hazel called to fuck this Cindy up coz she not suposed to call and request like that. I said ok.
Then l go home lor !

Well i felt abit that one lah ... bounced ard .. and maciam i created this .. haiz ..

Anyway ... there is this 2nd incident, .........

This afternoon, after i written so much, then damn it! when i post it, the stupid blogspot got server error. What a FUCK man !!

So now i gona update again but briefly !

Last Saturday while i was at work, i received a sms from Winnie. It read

When i first received this sms, i was feeling wat a FUCK !! she din even wait for me to promise to lend her the money or not, she immediately leave her account number in the sms..#$%$%&^& ..

Anyway below will be my sms conversation with her .. to my best remembrance lah .. not word for word .. so many days liao how to rem clearly.

Marcus : What can my $100 of any help to your dad's medication?? And i thought ur dad's hospitalisation fees is beared by ur relative's cpf ??

Winnie : Yah, but the allowance of mine, given all to the medicine of my dad's which could not be deducted from cpf.

Marcus : Then you should start to save and plan ur finance well. And why are you thinking abt study and quitting this job when financially u cant do that.

Winnie : I thought i can study and work at the same time. I tot Azhari will allow, but now canot liao.

Today is deepavali, I went to work. Abit bored to work on a holiday but how i hope everyday will be like this. double pay and low call rates!! Thats best leh !!

I somehow noticed that the routing of the calls are not by random, I always get to serve afew of the same customers. I dun think this is coincident. I think the routing of the calls is somehow fixed for some small volume?? Maybe ??

Anyway, this irritating sick fuck WINNIE passes by me, saw me emailing, and ask me who am i emailing and said why never email to her!! IMMEDIATELY, i shoot her! I said wat for email to her when she doesnt REPLY ALL !! I ask her to send me a personal email instead and that i dun bother to add her into the mess emailings!

And this fucking cheebye is starting to piss me off by calling me SISTER, SIS ... chao chee bye !! Really feel like smacking her fat face! She came over to my seat the 2nd time, "sis, why dun u reply my email" , which i totally ignore her. Then she walked off. BUT i did not receive any emails from her what. This cheebye duno send to who lah! who cares !

Anyway i think at abt 11plus, my HP rung and the screen pops up "Winnie BF" , which i have not deleted her bf's number from my mobile. I picked and say "hello, but im not Winnie".

The bf said he knows that obviously and asked me "Did Winnie come to work today" .

Marcus : Yes, she came. She is here.

BF : Where are u now Marcus?? Today you got work issit?

Marcus : Yes im working, Im in the office and Winnie is here. What happened? Why do u ask?
What happened to you and Winnie?

BF : No lah, that day Winnie din work but she bluffed me she went to work! So i want to see if
she got come work or not. Marcus, pls do not let Winnie know i called.

Marcus : Well dun worry, Winnie is at work. She is here.

BF : Yah recently she always got complained by her supervisor and her performance is not
very good lately also, and she also come to work late. so i want to make sure that she
turned up for work.

Marcus : Oh yah, this one i duno lah. But today she also abit late lah. I duno wat time she came
in but i think she ABIT late only. But dun worry she is at work today.

BF : Ok, i dun bother u at work. Pls do not let Winnie know I called.

Well Well, what to say ?? I think the bf is really caring. And Winnie, take a look at herself, she is blessed to have such a caring bf! But she doesnt treasure to what i feel and i think she definitely also dun deserve her bf's care and concern and love for her!
This relate to another incident. You all want to hear ???? Here i go.

This happened abt late afternoon. Winnie came over to my seat once again, and told me that she strike 4D !! I cheered for her saying then good lah .. got money .. and won how many thousands or hundreds?? She said only afew hundreds lah.

Winnie : That day i knew a guy, so i bought the last 4 number of his mobile number and then i
kanna this 4D but the next day i got an argument with him lor.

Marcus : Hey you got bf alrady you know !!

Winnie : Friends only !

And she left the room heading to toilet or duno where. But in my heart, how would someone go buy the number of someone mobile's number?? I know all u guys from my batch, did i go buy ur number? Or did u all buy each other's number? Obviously something is there so will buy mah??? And winnie said "FRIENDS only" .. which i think not so like frens leh!

ANYWAY, as winnie walked out of the room, i cant stand it and i gave out a sound "Herrrr" !! And Cindy who juz came nearby to my seat thought i was showing her black face!! Which i explained its not abt Cindy but Winnie!! And they asked wat happened and i started ....

Marcus : Tat girl Winnie kana 4D and the number that opened out was a new guy's number
whom she just knew and after she kana this 4D, she quarelled with that new guy!

Cindy : I knew abt it ah!

Marcus : Huh!!! You mean u knew abt it already? So this wasnt a first hand news???? CHEY !!
Was it the same story as i just mentioned.

Cindy : YES! She even said she wanted to give up on his current bf for this guy.

Marcus : What?? She serious or not? Her bf realy care for her and is a good bf lor. This gal hor!!

Hilson : Cindy, pls psyco her to leave her bf lah. she #$%%&%^&*^& .... Hilson goes on and
on.

Hhahahhhaha so when winnie came in, we were back to work WAHAHAAAHA

Sakura

Tmr is Public Holiday!! But im working! Hehehhehe actually i dun mind working coz got extra income, tat means i got more money to clear my outstanding. Anywhere even if on off, im also too lazy to go out. So work also not bad mah rite? ;p

Today is also my off day. I went to Sakura with Ang and Sam !! Yah these are 2 of my very good frens who work staggarded hours thats why we can arrange for a weekday buffet lunch at my favourite SAKURA !!!!
Maybe only eaten SAKURA not too long ago, thus today my lunch is just so so to me?? Nonethless i still think its nice!! Sam ate 12 fresh oysters !1 Hahahaha alrady worth $22 nett he paid !! hehehehhe .. Sam and Ang also ate so many prawns! Even worth liao mah!

Anyway, it was raining cats and dogs when we reached there! Parked the car in HDB HUB that car cark, inserting my dad's that special cash card .. heehhehe din even need to pay the car park fee for tat 2 hours plus !! SHIOK !! Hooray !!
After that walk ard abit, and send Sam back to home and get ready for his work! I met ah-meng to get plastic pockets from him and paid him wat i owed him, then went to TaiSeng and pass the pockets and envelopes to Megan!

And then ... drive home .. rest and reply emails to all those mad guys in dhl! then went to cut hair as my hair long liao! Alamak, im already so cute and handsome .. now cut hair liao look even more cute and handsome lah ... i also canot take it myself ! hahahaha !! .. anyway , i then rush out to meet Andi for coffee and walked ard as its been sometime i never met my good fren Andi too ! Andi's fren coming down to town and he is watching movie with his frens. Asked me to join in but i dun wan lah .. need to work tmr lah !

Hmmm now missing that cheap $1 coconut drink in Geylang Ramadan !! lol .. im going Geylang Ramadan Bazaar again before it ends on 15th ... and drink many many of my coconut juice . . hehhee ..

Yawnz .... tmr working .. now gotta go bathe !! Ciao !

My Updates !

Havnt been active on internet lately. I got very distracted by things recently. Nevermind abt this. Now that im working on a Saturday and at this timing where calls are scarse, i can do some simple updates.

1st - I finally had passed my IPPT. I run like hell to clinched a satisfactory result of 12.12 mins. Im happy. Already 2 days after alrady and im still experiencing aches over my whole body but thats worth it. At least $100 to my pocket for passing.

2nd - My agency ReachField still pay me for those hours which I left early for my RT training, which they earliar sort of back out on paying me. But on my payslip, i only received my TDD/SII incentives and NONE others.

3rd - Clarify with Rowena and Eng Choo abt all other incentives, they said becoz we din start ALONE on the 1st of Septmeber, thus we are not entitled to the incentives! Thats FUCKING SHIT by the company. I told Eng Choo that its only the FIRST 2 days tat we were buddy up, after that we were all ALONE. Its unfair to penalised us based on that 2 days and not paying us for our hard maintain hard earned incentives. If they are not going to pay us for the ACW/AUX incentives, they shd at least pay us for our AUDIT incentive what. that 8 calls Audit incentive! Anyway, one word "Company policy" and we cant do anything abt it. But i think this is rather unfair. My balls beat my balls ---> Lan Pa , Pa Lan !!

4th - For the mth of November, somehow i think my work and aux mode are very high coz i seemed to press on them more often. Hahahaha i duno why. And also my audited calls by supervisors are the same old mistakes. But then at times i dun understand why must follow the book so closely. I rem my audit on october, Rowena pointed out my mistake on not asking for lunch hours or closing time before i jumped to arrg for pick up, so this mth i follow quite closely. But then still i get same comment.
Then I read thoroughly abt the comments,i got penalised coz i din ask IS THE SHPT READY and juz immediately ask IS THERE ANY LUNCH HOURS TO AVOID/WHAT TIME DOES THE OFFICE CLOSE. Anyway i dun bother much. Wat i need to know is to be more careful and follow even closer so that i can hit my incentive?? Im like Atticus, trying hard to pay all debts!!

5th - Read Maria's blog, she mentioned she had 3 formal complaints alrady. That's sad but also astonishing. How do u do that?? Hehehhe i guess u are too SWAY !! nevermind, follow my steps, learn to follow more closely to the rules and standards lor haiz ..

6th - I think Im still not my right self. Very disturbed and distracted.

Wednesday pls Come soon

Sunday went for RT. It was an easy day. We ran 2.4km .. I ran at a very comfortable pace. I managed to click a 12.45mins .. Still fail lah but i was much contented. I put no hopes for the coming test this Thursday !!

Well yesterday a big thing happened to me. I do not want to disclose it. It had affected me greatly. I wasnt at the right mood the whole day long today. I was pondering abt wat had happened. I din expect this to happen to me. Never did i expected it at all. I can foresee that my following days will not be smooth for me as I cannot pull myself together.
DO NOT ask me what happened coz i will not say a single thing and i decided to keep this to myself and swallow it.

After Yumin's farewell dinner. I went home. After alighting at amk mrt, i walked my way home. I was stiff and stone as i walked all my way home, with my mind out of my way. I was totally distracted by what had hapened.

Well, tmr is Tuesday. I so much hope its Wednesday so that i can get away from work and be alone for awhile.
