Full of complaints

Bought my 6280 on Thursday ! The fone turns FAULTY on FRIDAY !! Tamade ! The camera flash DUN FLASH lor!

Took the trouble to bring down to Nokia Shop CauseWay point to service!!

1st Incident
.
I was given a number 187 in queue.
Me : How long do I have to wait.
Nokia Staff : - checks computer - : Abt 20 mins, you go walk ard first thn come back
Me : Ok thanks
.
10 mins later i went back. Saw the number running on board was 192 !!!!
.
I ask ANOTHER STAFF .
.
Me : Is my queue number over alrady ?
Staff : He looked and said THEY press so many times alrady you are not here.
Me : Look blankly at him and said YOUR other colleage told me abt 20 mins time.
Staff : This one is estimated timing what .
Me : Very tulan with his fucking reply and i said CAN i have another queue number !
.
Well thanks - I will write a complain letter specially for you ! Fucking Frontliner facing your customer face on face yet using such a fucking tone !! PUI !

2nd Incident
.
Told the counter staff that my 6280 has no FLASH ! He went to chked and said fone is faulty and needs 3 days to repair and i have to come back 3 days later!
.
I said " U mean I have to come back ALL the way again" ?
He said yes coz the fone needs repair.
I ask abt 1 to 1 exchange policy. He said Dun have.
I said i dun want, I want a new set! And that I bought 2 days ago and i got to travel here to REPAIR this fone etc !!
He said he will ask his manager now, ask me wait!
NO KICK NO CHALLENGE lor, he came back saying will give me a call once new stock is here and ask me to bear with my old fone and use it first! .

I said OK !! Hahahaaa !!

Yesterday when Jalim and bb and i were eating at Tony Romas, service was BAD too ! That waiter ask to clear my plate. I said ok, but my small plate of coleslaw is still full wat he cleared it too !!

That waiter cleared Jalim's plate and he cleared baobei's chilli sauce baobei is still eating !!
.
Nevermind, jalim asked for refill water, tat waiter came back with the jug of ice water in one hand and the hand still holding on to the plates he juz collected from our table ! Wat fuck shit table manners !

And that waiter realy refill for JALIM only !! Pui !

And when he turned away, our table shakes abit coz he exerted his weight against our table and as he leave, the table shakes lor ! PUI !!
.
Earliar on the waitress while repeating our orders can the other hand arrange her settings on our table! This is so duh !!

Ok my fren ken wrote in a long piece of letter to IRAS to complain duno wat ... IRAS replied with one sentence " As of this date , we had posted you the forms ! "

What kind of reply is this .. so ken gona folow up with his 2nd attack aggresively !

i got it

Took a day leave on Thursday. Went for Lunch at THE LINE restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel. Shit i forgotten to make reservation. Called them and they said fully commited and no seats at all liao! Still at home, quickly call fren abt this. She is really good, she called to say she had alrady made booking for TWO and put up a big fuss and even threathened to sue Shangri La hotel !! Hahahaha .. but we work in Customer Service Sector, this is wat we have learnt from our nasty customer and now we are using it "WISELY" on others !! LOL ! But lucky lor if not wont be able to lunch there. And WE actualy did not "eat" the chocolate fountain! !!!!!

After lunch, saw this little kid at the hotel, ard 3 years old ba, walked past me, look at me, and wave byebye to me as he walked away with his mum ! Damn cute !!! I simply love kids :)

After that went to Arcade Eileen's HP shop and gotten my Nokia 6280 !! Yeah !! Damn fucking happy!! Nabei spent a $498 when im so broke yet so fucking happy ??? LOL .. But i think i need time to get used to the HP hehe I got a Silver Color one !

Rush down to Orchard, she bought her set of bra and panty haahhahaha ... Really expensive lor hor 1 bra 1 panty - $98.80 !! But well i got my Free $50 HSBC, so she paid $49.80 and said it's worth !! Lucky im not WOMAN !

Went to Cineleisure to watch HILLS HAVE EYES !! Well not a very good ending but still worth a watch !

Free Trip to Germany

I was so HIGH TIDE, so i went to relief myself. When i was walking back to my office, Yani was telling, "Quick Marcus, got good news for you" !!

When I enter my glass door, I saw Azhari ard my desk, and James just walked away from my seat. Then I heard Congrats Marcus, Congrats Bro ! I was thinking to myself Could it be they announced that I am selected for BackLine position I am applied for.

I heard my parner Seha shouted, "MARCUS, YOU HAD WON THE TRIP TO GERMANY" !!

I was like HUH !! I was like in total BLANK !! I cant settle down my mood. Its too shocked and surprised liao ! Hahahahahaha ... well its the TRUTH !! Its DHL World Sports Event and in conujunction also to celebrate the World Cup ah ! i think so ! Actualy i just apply only lor not knowing wat exactly its all abt coz Rowena urge us to apply said its free trip etc !

That Friday, I went to Tampines to meet Michelle.

Logically from Paya Lebar to Tamp, take a bus down to Tamp should be faster. But bimbo yu told me to take bus to hougang interchage then change to bus 72 which will hit the express way and reach Tamp faster.

Well, i follow this. I still ask my Bimbo Yu is there 2 directions to Tamp at hougang. She said 1 direction and even ask me to chase for the bus as we had alighted at hougang interchange alrady. bus was there mah.

I close my eyes in bus 72, opened my eyes again i felt the environment is famaliar. Im at AJC ! Aint it at yck where it was so near to where i live in amk !
Fuck, the bus ended at YCK mrt ! Never belive in BIMBO !! TL !!
