That Tua Bei Gong AU said wana come amk to suntan. I thought i saw from his sms that he will only reached by 2pm. I thought he wana look at the weather first as it was windy and no sun lor. Then as i surfing the web for budget hotels in KL, i received an sms from AU saying he reaching in 10 minutes time. Siao lor ! No SUN, he still come. I LL got to go entertain him lor. The 2 of us lying down by the pool under the cooling and windy shade. HIAKZ !!

Decided to leave and look for ANG for makan. ANG did not answer to call. So we went to eat my favourite black carrot cake, then eat KFC !! The pop corn shake, hiaksz !!! Canot make it !!!

Exploring my 2.0 mega pixel Ben-Q camera !! As i explored, i get more and more angry coz i was thinking abt my 3.1 mega pixel and multi function Canon A70 which my bro lose it !! Nabei !!

Haiz .... i still havnt manage to get hotel rooms yet !!! Friday go KL and slp where ah ?

My Xmas day !

Hesitated to go suntanning today. The sun was dim yet strong. Finally decided not to go and i headed to Novena to buy my ticket for my trip to malaysia. Bought 2 way tix, hahahha got discount somemore, $50 !!

Went to fullerton and meet my malaysia fren. He had came down on Thursday but i did not meet him at all coz i was lazy and tired. So today die die must meet him lah. While on the way to meet him, i realised that i was wearing bermuda, which i dun wear bermuda to town at all! no at all!! but heck it lah .. bobian liao mah ..

Went thru the underpass towards Esplanade. Wow those kids! Doing their hiphop and break dance! Head was spinning on the ground!! They are supered~!!

Then stood by the sea and admire that MER LION spitting water! It was so many god damn years since i last saw this merlion spitting water!!! Not bad .. all thanks to my malaysian fren who came down hehehhe if not i wont even will walk pass esplanade !

Sat down, he introed his frens to me. Lucky im able to speak cantonese, if not i think i will be very extra within his grp. After awhile went to china town , then maxwell to have a bite !

Lastly, they headed to orchard to walk walk again .. i rejected, and went home .. too tired just to walk ard ! hahahaaha

X'mas Eve Stress At Work

Yesterday was Christmas Eve, went to work as usual. Becoz the previous day i fell aslp and did not bathe, so i woke up early and get ready! The water was damn fucking cold! I realised i went to work too early. When i reached office, many pple earliar then me. They were all running abt exchanging gifts and distributing little foods and cookies and choclates etc. And of course i got a share of those chocolate sweets etc as colleages are distributing to all.
I felt so PAISEH!! I came empty handed. MY PREVIOUS COMPANIES DID NOT HAVE SUCH CUSTOM! EVEN I WAS WORKING DIRECTLY UNDER MY MANAGER LAST TIME, WE ALSO DUN HAVE SUCH CUSTOM ONE! Thats why i hide in my seat KIRI BARAT!!!
Now i got to thank god for allocating me to my SACRED seat at kiri barat !!

Anyway, i must agree that its a good feeling when u see everyone enjoying this festive season. Rowena given the whole cluster a present too. And supervisors received many presents leh. I din buy any for my supervisor lah. And when she gave me the present, i said thank u, but i so paiseh leh !!
JUNE has presents for ALL OF US in our BATCH !!! I was so so so surprised. I think u guys also as shocked as me rite!

THANKS JUNE FOR THE XMAS GIFT. Next year i buy for u hehheehehhehe .. Belated ones will be meaningless lah ok. kakkakaka

Hottest news and latest news was ... Winnie patched back with the bf. Accordingly, Winnie is the one who asked for the patch. Tot she always say NEVER turn back etc ?? In the end, she is the one who asked for the patch. Hahahahha ... love's power is strong !

The bf afriad Winnie stepping on 2 "boats" .. himself and tat Sean. Apparently the bf canot accept if Winnie has another guy inside her mind, not even abit.

The bf roughly told me wats the problem btw them, but to wat i see, its just those problems tat every lovers faced. BUT winnie totally took control of the situation even when she is wrong!

I should not disclose much, one situation is, Winnie told the bf she used to like Sean. After broken up with the bf, ALL OF US knew that Winnie attached with this SEAN mah, as seen on the card hung on the xmas tree and she also told Cindy abt that wat. Not a secret so i can say heehhehe ..

Anyhow, winnie and bf patched and that day when they were out, holding hands, Sean happened to see Winnie and the BF held hands. Winnie kept smsing and calling Sean, but Sean did not answer or reply whole day long. Winnie told the bf that she is very worried and etc that Sean does not reply to her.

(Aint Winnie dumb?? She is telling her bf that she felt bad and uneasy when SEAN, being the guy whom she likes also, did not reply to her msgs and calls when SEAN saw her holding hands with the bf! Im Happy !

7am my fren sms me. Becoz i sms him the day before mah, he is retarted lah, reply me only the next working day at 7am somemore!

8am, Edmund sms me telling me he cant go to JB. My 2nd "alarm" that awaken me again. So i ignore, replied him and i go to sleep.

8.50am, Edmund sms again. Ask me help him go internet to check the air tix price from Tiger Airways! Aiyah, so troublesome, some i woke up and on the internet, tat was abt 9am liao .. that explains the reason why i was awake so early replying to my colleages via email.

In the afternoon, went to pass the iron to my friend. Chatted abit, stay for awhile, then go home.

Met ANG in the evening for dinner and movie. Ate the pasta spegetti at S11, the new stall. Hmm the food is so so only. Dun think it can last long. The soup is too thin and alot of preservatives.

Got an sms from Winnie's bf, asking me why do i ask if he had broken off with Winnie.
Tot i had explained to him liao. Anyway, i told him tat Winnie told me before they broken up and tat they had a very serious argument at bugis. He did not reply after that.

Watch National Treasure ! So So , maybe im not into such movie. But the female character is pretty.

After that, went home and eaten glutinous rice ! Im gaining weight again! I must start my fruit diet again ! Not after i EAT ALOT in KL first heehhehe

Similarly, Today the call rates are ok. Just that this Julia keep bugging me for the import rates and want me to give her black and white! And then based on my system i quoted her the figures, was diffierent from wat Michael quoted her the day before! Then i send a message to sales person via CSV ask them to send black and white to customer. Tat sales personnel called me, BUT DAMN HER.. she never call customer! Then this Julia keep bugging me !! SALES PERSONNEL are plain lazy lor !

Today after lunch, while dada jason and me were chatting in office, Celia put on work mode and came over and chat with us, telling us abt her trip to Sweden!

This morning hilai sms me, said he not coming to work as he was very sick. Said maybe tendering on Wednesday. Its sad to hear, but health is more important. Had advise our hilson to change to a normal shift, but being refused. But ever since our hilson went into fixed shift, he always fall sick. Guess health is realy the more priority one. Sad Sad .. one more down !!

Toked to Lin juz now at msn, she also very ill. And she asked if i were her, would i go to work tmr? Lin did have an MC for tmr. I suggest not lor coz high fever leh .. in air con and need to keep toking, difficult to recover. The most stunning thing is, doctor told LIN that she tokked too much alrady coz call centre environment, which caused her sore throat. Juz coincidental lah hor? Char Bor hang on there, without you, no fun liao lah .. i would have no hands to touch liao lah.

oh, today got yet another bitch! Ask me when shpt can arrived at destination. I said estimated etc .... provided no other incident happened. She asked wat incidents? I said like bad weather or flight cancellation etc. She told me dun give craps, say she pay 2 - 3 times higher coz dhl is faster and we are much more expensive so i canot tell her tat i cant comfirm the flight for her ! BITCH !!!! i told shpt are scheduled but if got technical prob etc its beyond our control !
GUESS WHAT !! This bitch say im long winded!! FUCK HER TITS man !! She is the one who keep asking non-stop and unreasonable!! Singapore really too many bitches liao !

Hmm i asked Rowena abt call back timings today. she said where there is existing trace, no matter wat, we juz follow back the existing timing tat was set by whoever .

As for attempted deliveries, if let say customer called on monday to arrg for friday AM delivery, then call back timing is on FRIDAY 1000hrs. NOW u all know rite?

Cafe Cartel

Sunday night ate at cafe cartel with a fren! Some little incidents happened. Its so laughable!

Our food came, that fucking tall waiter needs to bend his knees to put our dish on the table. When he did that, his other hands which were holding another plate of food, the food slipped and it hit rite on my fren's back, dirtied his clothes! LOLZ ..

They went to the gents to clean up. Then this waiter walked towards me also both hands carry plates of food. He let out tat pathetic look !! Either the food are too heavy for him or too hot for him tat it burnt his fingers, that he quickly came to me to ask was that my cabornara dish, i said yes, and he put it on the table and left! BAD service , din even put it infront of me!! nevermind .. its juz a cafe lah !

When my fren is back, the assistant manager came to us and said in order to compensate us, they will treat us to dessert. I said ok lor .. Then when my fren start to stir on the cabonara spahgetti, hahhahha he looked at me, he laughed .. and said he wanted to complain whahhha .. he told me got a strand of hair ... i saw .. and i laughed .. its like one incident hasnt settled and the other happened lolz .. my fren asked for the manager .. but we din complain lah .. we only told the manager there is hair in it! this is another manager, she said she change for us and apologise and took it away.

Then we were wondering how are we going to eat without plates !! Well maybe they thought each eat their own food so its fine ... we asked for 2 plates! Plates were served ! But i think we did not mentioned to them we need ONE more set of cutlery lah .... so we asked for it again ... hmm poor service hor?? but then again ... i tot the waiters shd be more observant on such ??? nevermind its a cafe.. hheheh

So the same manager came back with our carbonara .. she put it on the table and said enjoy ur meal ... ehhhhhh i was expecting the manager to tell us things like sorry abt the incident .. etc ... this is our new plate of carbonara .. enjoy .. but she juz put it on table and say enjoy ur meal and left ... ehhhhh .. maybe i too demanding liao .. nevermind ..

I was calling Stuart and telling him all these incident happened lolz .. i was laughing telling him .. my fren were also laughing coz we cant belived so many incident happened ..

Later, the earliar manager came and said they refund the charges of the carbonara to us.. wah ..i tot becoz of the 2 maor incidents ,, namely pour at my fren's back and the strand of hair tat it is cartel's way of handling to refund .. but chey . it was Stuart who called to refund to us!

When we eating half way, we looked at the refunded receipt .. i was laughingly telling my fren .. shall we do another complain .. coz the returned receipt wrote . "complaned and cancelled" .. for the refund lah .. hahhahahhaa but we din complain wat .. even when we asked for the managers . .. we were stil laughing ! How can they say we complain .. .

1) Who knows there are NO flights to HKG, BKK, MNL and some other asia pacific region countries on a FRIDAY NIGHT ?

2) Who knows the usual flights to the above mentioned countries are ANN flights?

3) Who knows the tracing call back timings APPLIES on a SATURDAY? Which means if a trace is opened after 4.30pm on a friday, the call back time should be on SATURDAY 1000hrs.

4) Who knows the call back timings for attempted delivery and normal tracing are different? (At least LIN doesnt know)

5) If we picked up a dox on saturday after the cut off time of 1300hrs or even on a sunday, the dox going to NED or PHL estimated to reach destination on wednesday according to CSV. BUT if we picked the shpt on MONDAY before cut off time, it can reach on TUESDAY. HOW DO U EXPLAIN??

6) Shpt to JKT picked up after cut off time on saturday, it can only board monday's nite flight rite? And expected to reach only on Tuesday mah. I mean the accesible area in JKT. . but when i quote CSV, it states it can reached on MONDAY but in PM .. but i dun care .. i quote customer based on my system. IVY was handling this customer initially and had a difficult time and she asked me not to quote that shpt can reached on monday PM. .. But too late, i alrady quoted her .. but i based on system one!
CONFUSION !

With regards to no 5, you can explain abt the routing. BUT it totally makes no sense when picked up earliear but arrived later at destination rite?? Funny one !

Anyway when i go to work on saturday, Rohaya immediately told me "Marcus, you and i Kana alrady! "

Rohaya said after i knocked off on friday evening, all the remaining pple all kana, especially herself, myself, and WSC Rosli all kana. ITs abt a self lodge. Customer called me before and ask me the cut off timing for HKG. I said 1800hrs. Then she asked self lodge cut off, i said at WSC is 1900hrs. But i added it makes no diff if we collect today or even on saturday as shpt can only be delivered on monday.

Customer added say some CSO told her friday got no flights. I was puzzled. Then the cut off time is for wat??Anyway i explained saying maybe flights on weekend subjext to cancellation etc. BUT she said her boss went to TUKANG self lodge at 1845hrs but the operation told her boss no more flights. Wah lau .. then i juz explain again lah can only be delivered on monday etc lah ..

After i left, customer called and looked for me .. quoted my name and Rohaya name say we told her friday got flight but in the FACT friday got no flights to HKG. WHO KNOWS ABT IT ??

With regards to no 5 again, i was questioned and shoot by the customer also leh .. ask me wats the point of pick up earliar but reached even later.

Saturday so affected leh ... as in got phobia explaining abt cut off times and ETA .. scared liao .. Rowena is going to retrieve my conversation then i will know the conclusion.

Today Saturday, as usual at work! Got to answer this call from a BITCH !

"Can you check the status from Singapore to Eygpt" ..... Then i ask for the AWB number.
But kana fuck by her! Said I got a bad habit! Say i din even hear her complete her sentence and i ask for AWB number! BUT she paused for awhile wat .. so when someone ask for the STATUS, din it ring ur mind to ask for the AWB. THAT BITCH then said all the CSOs got a bad habit dun listen to wat customer say and ask questions liao! BITCH rite!

Anyway she wana asked for the transit times. I ask her assuming when the shpt be ready. She was saying " You just give me the information first then i can give u more details"! Once again this is so BITCH ! While i put her o mute and checked for her, i heard her HP ring. After juz awhile she hang up.

Then she called up again after awhile, Avery who was seated beside me answered the call. She was asking to speak to supervisors etc when Avery said no more flights for the day until monday nite. she keep saying its urgent shpt. THOUGHT SHE SAID WE SHOULD GIVE HER MORE DETAILS BEFORE SHE GIVE US INFORMATION? nabei .. fucking Bitch ! Woman are BITCH !

Ok well towards the end of the day, as what Jason said and given the name to WE guys ...

a BASTARD called !! GUY lah... called and immediately say wan to speak to supervisor. I said no supervisor ard. He asked me to call them up. I said they are not on duty on weekends. Then he asks me to give him the supervisor's number since i cant call them. And he will call himself!! BASTARD rite !
Anyway he wanted a stop and return. David had spoken to him and told him we try to stop but no guaranteed etc and he keep fucking thus david hang up his call.
Then i sway lah picked up the call. David walked over to my seat and saw me handling this customer. STM shows shpt going to HUB. David said send memo to ASC. I said and pointed to him shpt going to HUB. David say do not open trace but send memo to ASC.

So i did. Then tat Umarashidi called !! Did not flare up, and happenedd tat i answered the call lah. He asked to transfer to LIEW. I did! And Liew after that tell me tat memo should not send to ASC coz shpt going to HUB not ASC. Liew asked me open trace and csnite will follow up.

Thn i retrieve my email. .. WAH .... this UMARASHIDI REPLY ME AN EMAIL FROM TAT MEMO I SENT.

He wrote something like :-
Dear Marcus, shpt is going to the hub and not ASC and we are unable to stop the shpt as it alrady AF at HUB. Please go to SIS system and u can see that shpt had alrady AF at hub. So we canot stop and return. Pls follow up with hub.

I was thinking why he is so POLITE and even reply me an email but LATER do i NOTICE that email was a REPLY ALL with SUPERVISORS in the LIST!! Hazel, William, Eng Choo, Sharon .. and duno who cant remember. Damn him .. trying to tell supervisors that i do not know how to read trace issit coz i send memo to ASC when shpt going to HUB. Tamade !

The other thing is when i look at the trace .. shpt was on the way to HUB .. it wasnt reflected that it AF at HUB yet !! Tat cheebye !
