Saturday at work, i tot could be good day but it wasnt.

This phylis called to arrg delivery on monday morning. Stm only show shpt juz picked up at orgin, dun even have the company details yet. She die die said u arrg for me, i done tat before and she hang up. PUI !!

Thn towards the evening, i kana this Mr Teng! Duno which CSO in china told him shpt can reached singapore in ONE DAY. Pi Li Pa LA into my ears. i told him shpt was in transit in HKG and now on its way liao boarded the 9am plane, now 1pm liao. ask him call later. he complained say we are dhl, we din keep our promise of one day. And it shd be a direct flight. Why transit in HKG! I told him this is our routing and wont affect transit times. His delay was due to shpt in clearance took one day coz on the 7th it was still china's holiday. nothing to do with shpt in hkg transit or not. He nag and nag and asking me better bloody make arrangment for delivery as were one day late.
Awhile later i called Mr Teng inform his shpt juz reached Singapore and we can only try to push to cycle 28 so tat shpt can reach ESC by 5pm and we could do delviery at nite. He said no! He said why cant we make special arrgment to deliver as this is dhl fault. Ask me get someone to take from hub and deliver. I said this cant be done and furthermore its a weekend. He said then he wanted to speak to the GM general manager, I told him no managers is working!!!!
I suggested the best way is to self collect!! He said then dhl have to pay cab fares!! Wat the fuck! I promised him tat we will call back within 45mins. I handed to Miguel.

Same thing Miguel kana the same shit. This Teng threatened to write on the papers. Miguel said he cant stopped him from doing tat if he wanted to. then blah blah blah ... in the end ... Teng called back ask to deliver tonite, if not the next day but to another address. He refused to fax in redirection letter and said i can based on his words and the number appearing on our system and tat he called so many times and tat he doesnt have fax machine. I took down his new addr and said we will liased with the person at the new addr.

Then evning time, kana this mr Poel. Existing trace showed tat poel had called several times for delivery but shpt not in singapore and not in time for delivery. Last few indication on trace was to transfer shpt to ASC for self collect. But this poel asked me when shpt can be delivered to him. if dhl can do it, why must he do the work and self collect. he said in this case he is doing the work for dhl. Cheebye !! u wanted ur document but we unable to do it wat,how u want it to be! fuck rite! shpt still in HUB, i cant promise anything. i said MAY or MAY not, i need to check. He ask me give him specific answer, YES or NO! nabei!! damn fucking pissed!
After many calls, i told him we cant do it! Then he asked me stop toking, coz he wanted to ask one question. "Shpt came from Germany and DHL can only delivered on Monday, is that rite?" .. i tried to explained it was weekends not working day.. he stoped me and wanted me to answer his question. I said YES !!!
Thn i still need to ask if he wanted to do his self collect the next day or not, as he needs this document by 10am the next day. I said should i arrange for him to collect before 9am .. he said no .. then i said before 10am .. he said no .... he said " u dun put any timing .. i will collect tmr" !!
But wat a fuck .. trace alrady stated he need this document at 10am to board flight to KL. duno wat he want. I fuck care .. given him ASC addr and key trace and close case. SICK !

Went home, wanted to go club, got the car with me, dun even need to pay cab fares and entrance fee, fren waiting for my answer, but in the end i stayed home !!

Today is sunday alrady .. waiting for my first day in RT !! ....... TA MA DE !!
