1st day of Oct = BAD DAY !!

Today was the 1st day of the mth of OCT. I really tot it was a fresh start. But it wasnt!! Seemed like all of us encounter SHITTY incidents today! After working here in DHL for this while, today is the first time im feeling strengthless and watever. Got no mood to do anything else. I duno why!

Anway, i was so shocked and surprised to hear that my search engine resigned yesteday, same as Atticus!! This was shockening! Damn tat engine never release any early warning. say go then go !

At Swensen, LIN and Jason told me abt Maria's case. Maria is really SWAY! Kana 8 stop and return at one shot thou all from the same customer. If i were maria, i also will be stunned and blank. Maria but dun stress, juz do wat we can! Singaporeans are really assholes eh ??
Jason was also telling me he had alot of nasty customers today and keep on at work mode. But Jason never say abt wat had happened.

june, sway sway picked up a call which was passed ard many times. Then finally this customer memorise June's name and juz want to tok to June and DEMANDED June to get back to her within 1 minute and things like this. SUX.Then Celia also answered this call which june was handling. Celia was experienced and cool enuff to tell the customer that if she wanted to report the incident to the press the next day, celia cant stopped her from doing tat. June also stress down and drip drip.

Hilson, canot rem his incidents but he do has his incidents which he solely bochap.
As for Ella, she din have any shit today but rather yesterday she was being BUAH butter by cindy thou it wasnt her fault. Confusing incident.
Others shd be fine i think coz no complaints. !!

1st, is this Debbie Ho, juz becoz yesterady i toked to her and advised her, today she ASKED for me. Johnson transfered to me and early morning wasted 20mins AUX on her. Then later got msgs tat Debbie asked me to call her back. I called her back during lunch. Haiz ... entertained her for another 10mins. After lunch liao, login liao, one after another came to my table and pass me messages. 3 pieces of notes on my table! Debbie Ho !! I DID not call back!

Thn follow by this Lynn, ask me abt 3 AWB. Said her previous 2 AWB she do transport collect but DHL billed her. Duno wat the fuck is going on. And she insisted to fax to me and ask me read it and CALL her back. Wasted so much ACW on her too! to cut the story short, i transfer her to 6405 after much much much explanation and finally she agree to tok to finance.
Then, this stupid Jenny, called and ask me arrange pick up. Like going got recarnation like tat, fiak man ask me JUZ COME AND PICK UP!!! i was really frustrated already. then when i juz anyhow wan to settle her, she said she has 10 cartons!! Damn woman! i ask abt the weight, she again ask me arrange for pick up can already. my final probe, damn its 147kg, flight booking had to be done. This Jenny really SHIT rite !! I ask for her AWB. She said she cant find. I ask her call back. She said NO!! u call me 5 minutes later, ok .. bye ! SUX !

All the bits and bits still come on .. but then FINALLY this STUPID woman called LENNY, mandarin speaking.She claims non-delivery and no SAUFRI received the shpt.Someone faxed her POD liao. I sway sway kana her call, and she said the POD unclear she cant see the company stamp contains wat company name. I cant find POD on cia imaging nor pcDoc. Thn she asks why the other CSO can find i cant find in my system. How the fuck i know! Weally came over and also canot find it in the system. Darren comfirmed he fax this POD juz now. So its coordinator who faxed it. the she Said DHL service is like tat one meh?? Take so many days ... and she waited so many days and im telling her to wait for monday then tracing can get back to her. i told her Backline dun work on weekends and i can do nothin. she said things like dun give me this reason. Dun tell me dhl dun work on weekends! I explaint to her watever shit lah, and she said i dun understand!!! I told her WE NEED TIME to resolve her prob. she said "ok give u time, i wait for ur call, u call me back later tell me abt my shpt" !! Nabei, she claims non-delivery wat. Thn now how i know where her shpt is! She even teach me. She said ITS VERY EASY! U GO FIND TAT DEPARTMENT WHO HAVE THE REAL COPY POD AND ASK THE PERSON WHERE WAS THE SHPT SENT TO. IT IS SO SIMPLE. U GO FIND OUT NOW AND CALL ME BACK LATER.I WILL WAIT FOR U CALL. MY NUMBER IS xxxxxxxx. Really was burning man! anyway this one long story, dun wan to tok liao. wasted so much ACW on her also! She is a piece of Chinese faeces !

Anyway, during Swensen, same thing lah .. winnie will tok loudly on fone, abt bf .. argue with bf etc ..bragging .. like to show us tat .. hey she is quarelling .. hiakz ...
