Happy Friday at Work but .....

Friday !! A day full of incidents at work. Firstly this stupid lady from what cortts bank called to want the courier who left 10mins ago to go back and fetch another shpt. I mobi the courier, he already out of the building. I told this stupid lady. She refused to accept the reason and said it cant be coz the courier guys only left 10mins. I explained to her i juz mobi the courier!! She die die want us to pick up her shpt. She asks us to send another courier down. I said all couriers have their specific location and its already 5pm they wont be able to turn back. I offered to arrange another pick up from then till 1830 hrs. She said NO coz after 1800hrs, no one will be ard.She said why nowadays DHL so difficult.Getting our guys to come and fetch something is so difficult!!SO, she gave me a contact number and ask me to contact Sharon when the courier comes back to get the shpt.I told her i try my best but will not guarantee.SHE SAID DIE DIE MUST COME AND FETCH BY 6PM AND CALL SHARON.Ask me not to give her all the reasons and try to arrange before 1800hrs.

SHE IS MAD!! CMC wat ... can means can, canot means canot! told her CANOT liao wat! anyway she said by 1800hrs which is not possible at all.SO i ignored. She hanged up my fone anyway. CCB !

1845hours, Sharon called and looked for me! Ask how come my guys not there yet. I told her i din arrange for pick up wat coz tat stupid lady said after 1800 no pple wat. But sharon told me another story. She said her colleage had arranged for after 1800hrs picked up thats why she given me SHARON's number! I TOLD HER NOT thi case. She was furious and argued with me. Anyway, picked up arrange on monday then. Rubbish !

Another incident, this samsung customer din not know her account number.I search using her company and found 2 cashsin accounts only. My mistake that i did not indicate the collectable cash amt.JJ come out ask me!!! Then told me courier over there, AWB had an account number. I mobi the courier, kana Fxxx by him! Nabei, i told him to give me the account num, then i will cancel the cash pick up and rebooked as account lah. He pili pala so much, say wat i send him this job, then wat shall he do etc .. I alrady given him the options wat, but he kpkb only mah!
Then, all the bits of bits of incidents. So many things needed to be follow up. 7.30pm knock off delay till 8pm then finished! Avery told me can claim for OT one. Ask me take down those AWB which i was following up during tat half hour and claim OT from my supervisor! i shall try it !

Soon LIN arrived again! All ready to go ChinaBLACK !!! Next Part of my blog will have updates again ok and abit on our Miss Yang hahaha
