I so hope the time be 2100 hrs now. Its off my work and i dun need to handle anything then! Out of nothing, all sudden out of the blue kana fucked hard in the ass !!
This customer called in and enquire on his document, which is some air tickets and he need to present this air ticket before midnite 12am to fly to another country. He was asking me abt the status. I set mask and look at the trace. A trace said they will try to locate the shpt and transfer to ASC so that customer can pick up at ASC. This customer very naggy and told me whole long chunk of story. I told him we are doing sorting and arranging for the transfer and ask him to call back 2hours later.But he carried on his story with me. Finally we hang up.

I ask Atticus to read the stm with me, and i realised that it was written AMS-HUB. Which means its in AMS HUB mah. Then i thought to myself, die liao coz wrong info given. But if its not in Sin HUB, thn why trace agent said they will locate the shpt and transfer to ASC. Realy confusing. Trace was somemore closed. Havnt settled and close trace?? Im really stucked there. Then i asked one of the seniors David. David also says its not in SINHUB, and he questioned himself why the trace write to locate shpt. Then David asked me to check the globla screen. Global screen showed something more. IT showed the flight details that shpt will reach on 11/09 which is today but no ETA. So still its in the flight mah !!!

Then i called ASC to check on the AWB. This someone called Steve Lai answered, and fucked me. Ask me know how to check where the shpt is or not. Say if i duno, go and ask the senior. Say check the SIS screen. WE WERE NEVER TAUGHT what!!! Im rather pissed off, cause the last time i called to ASC, i also kana fucked by this STeve lai before. The last time he asked me not to mention im from ESC or ASC or etc. Just ask me to say my name and quote im from CS. So u guys better rem.

Anyway, David told me its Miguel who is handling this case. So i hand it to Miguel. To my surprised, the shpt had alrady reach singapore. And shortly, this stevel Lai called me. And he fiercely told me that the DOX had juz reached his hands, meaning it had juz reached ASC! Then he started to nag on saying HE heard that Im new, so he FORGIVE me. Ask me to learn as much as i can and learn from the senior and experience pple. He special mentioned Liew. And ask me not to learn all the shortcuts! Duno wat is he trying to say. But his tone is defintely no good. Feel like #%$%^%^&*^* !! Then i told him, YAH i understood what u are saying ,.. yes .. yes .. yes Mr LAI, coz he is Steve Lai mah .. BUT .. he said that he is NOT mr Lai. Then i asked who is he. He said he is UMARASHIDI!! duno wat siah! He asked to speak to LIEW! So i told Liew, and told him its UMARASHIDI. Liew also gave me one kind of face. I transfered the call to him. Im getting confused. Steve Lai was the one tokking to me what. But he said he is UMARASHIDI. Then who is Steve Lai??? THEN, David told me they are the same person. Steve Lai is UMARASHIDI! Duno wat the fuck siah .. Atticus and i were laughing but with all the stars in our mind too.

Anyway, shpt transfered to ASC liao and they arranged the cnee to pick up at ASC later.
What's going on??? Based on the screen, its wat i saw its still not in SIN wat. Really out of no where kana F!!
