Why always at the END of my DAY ?

Today is a smooth day but not until before i knock off. Everytime abt to knock off will encounter these customers one! Firstly this duno from which origin guy EJ Ridge, i juz canot catch his stupid english!! I told him i cant hear several times, he scolded me " ARE U DEAF" !! Nabei !! I dun want to scold him that its his ENLGISH that SUX which i CANT UNDERSTAND ok !! Die Die demand redelivery the first thing the next morning.! Explain more then 3 times that it cant be done coz courier only start at 10am. He keep asking WHY CANT WE do that! He canot understand english issiT ?? !!

I told him I UNDERSTAND his feelings ... HOWEVER our courier start only at 10am .. He repeated, i told him i UNDERSTAND .. but he very quickly reply "Yes u understand and tmr first thing in the morning" and he hang up!!! Who cares ... i dun even have his contact number and delivery address as the system dun have any details at all!! He wants to play stuborn, he still have to call again wat. DHL lose one such customer wont collapse rite !

Then this LADY with that stupid slank in her english, asked me for transit times and she was from VISA. At first i cant catch wat is she trying to say, i asked for her account number. She said she called everyday and she never need to reveal any account number. I tot was she was some customer like that CATHERINE. Anyway, i finally know wat she wanted. So i asks her when will she be sending her shpt and to which country. He said Thailand, i asked her to hold. She very frustrated and asked dun i need the postal code!! Well im trying to check the flight schedules for her so i dun need the postal code yet wat. Anyway, i took down the postal code and found out tat its a F+1 . Trainers always say we quote more then 1 days wat .. so i told her her shpt can only reached on 18th or 19th. She is just unhappy that i canot give her an EXACT Date !! Then i told her its 18th lor considering its F+1 day. She kept quiet and asked my NAME. I said im MARCUS !! And she Hang up !!

In the middle of all these, i walked over to Azahri's table to get the mobi, that fate piece of shit called me SISTER !! CHAO CHEE BYE !! Next time i know liao, i wont give her a fucking damn and asked to be STOP BEING SO IRRITATING !! Saying her fat, i may afraid i offend others. So shouting out to her stop being so IRRITATING is one good way! I dun wish to do that. But as LIN and Xinjun always tell me, SHE ASKS FOR IT .. SHE DESERVES IT !!!
