Fri Sux !!

Wah Friday and Saturday SUX lah ... both days used up so much of my AUX AXW!!

Before knocking off, i sway sway kana my-way packing. I never done that before. This customer said 2 other CSO told her abt the same thing when she called up twice. Im the 3rd person who she speaking to and wana finalise. Ask me arrange for picked up etc. I told her my-way packing is chargable and the weight will come out to 2-3 times different. She said the 2 CSO told her before and its plus-minus. I said if she agrees then i arrange for her lor.

I seek instructions from Darren and arrange picked up,indicating to courier "pls hand shpt to teamlead for my-way packing". DaDa was with me. We both agree that we have to send action form to ASC and DSC, coz the area belongs to DSC. But becoz its from DSC, we have to send action for to ASC also mah. Shpt wasnt picked up yet but it was far after my KNOCK off time liao. Darren said juz send action form, state the PU time as the scheduled PU time i arrange for customer. Wah , after i sent the form, soon DSC rafid called ask me abt the PU time etc. But he was good. Then david telling me Umarashidi(Steve Lai) looking for me..Regarding the memo, why did i send to ASC! DaDa and i were pretty confused. Why cant we send?? Juz in case wat. this is wat we taught wat! I hack care and din call back as david said he will speak to umarashidi. diff senior give diff instructions one. Duno how to follow. guess must learn thru the hardway.

According to kaya, some cso canot be trusted. And for myway packing, have to indicate on PU message, send tel msg to coordinators to monitor and send action form. aiyah duno wat is wat.

THEN, 1910 hrs, this Doris called. She said some CSO told her if picked up her urgent shpt on friday before cut-off time ( air tickets intended on sunday), shpt can reached next day SATURDAY!! Duno which SAI told her and i got to clear the shit! She wanted to stop and return, or self collect etc as the air ticket is intended for SUNDAY!
BUT csv shows it was still despatched to courier and no picked up scan! Doris said it was picked up at 4.30pm and she PAID cash! STM got no awb found. I called HUB and DSC, also no awb found in STM. thn wat?? i die lah !
I called DSC again, Malek said shpt found in DSC but need to check can hold shpt anot. Hapen that doris's husband also called and kaya also handling this case. Kaya called DSC ask Roslie, Roslie said not sure abt where the shpt, must check! Aiyoh, 1min ago told me shpt in DSC, 1min after said NOT SURE, by different pple! SUX rite!

Anyway, i told Celia. Celia immediately helped me call Roslie and told him the whole story. Ask Roslie help. Plus Kaya also called Roslie, wah ... knowing the pple in the warehouse really help ! FINALLY, kaya said shpt able to push up flight. Ask me go home,let her folow up.
ANYWAY again, kaya kana by someone lah .. which kaya told me we shd listen to voice recorded but not just listen to customer.
