Unacceptable Act !

Yesterday, a Saturday, rather a good day at work. Calls were scarce and also easy. Its like a heaven working yesterday. Heheheh hope every saturday calls are like this :)

However, there was one incident which i was rather annoyed. BUT i supposed I have to bear with it in order not to distort working relationship and environment as im still considered a newbie there.
It happened that a customer called in to request for courier to go back to his place as he stated the wrong address on his AWB and wanted to replace a new one with the right addr. This colleage was handling this call, i think its becoz she was trying to get the mobi and seek help from despatch, and also awaiting for courier to reply, the customer either accidentally got disconnected or he hang up and recall in again. SO i happened to answer the call. I ask my colleage is he/she handing this customer. He/She said yes and added that the customer should have hung up. Then he/she walked to my seat and passed me a note with the customer's account number, contact number, company name etc. And said he needs to go to the loo. To me, its like what is THIS? By standard norms, dun he/she need to take back the calls?? Its so OBVIOUS he/she took the chance to pass the TROUBLE calls to me? He/she also not paiseh, still teach me how to DO, like send MSG to courier etc, which she alrady did. I mean he/she should take it back wat, as he/she was the one attending to this customer halfway thru. I remembered once similar incident hapened, but happened that china bernard was seated infront of me and he heard my conversation, he halted me and ask for the customer name. He then told me he was handling halfway and asks me pass back to him lor.

Anyway, i told the customer that i will get back to him later. I hang up. So i ASK my that colleage HOW as courier never reply mobi? He/She said i have to FOLLOW UP BECOZ IM THE LAST ONE WHO ANSWERED THE CALL!!

WHAT RUBBISH RITE ?? !!!! I think his/her such acts is far unacceptable.

Another incident, someone tried to sell weekend service again. Customer said CSO told her cut off time for HKG on SATURDAY is 1800hrs. And CSO even ask customer to call back to furnish us with all the shpt information and SHE will make a remark to TRY to despatch the shpt to HKG the next day SUNDAY to HKG!
I told her customer cut off time is 1300hrs on Saturday. She said the CSO never mentioned that and she said CSO told her its 1800hrs cut off time. I advise that she could hear wrongly as 1800hrs cut off time is for weekdays. Customer said she remembered very CLEARLY cso said today cut off time (saturday) is 1800hrs and still ask her to call back to give shpt details mah so that cso can try put remark to despatch to HKG.
NOW, the ARGUMENTATIVE point is IF CSO HASNT TOLD CUSTOMER THAT CUT OFF TIME IS 1800HRS, CUSTOMER WONT ASK HER COUNTER PART IN HKG TO PREPARED ALL THE THINGS. ALOT OF RESOURCES WASTED.

Other then this, relatively a good day yesterday! hehe ..

Oh, Hilson was on OT again yesterday. 2nd time liao. Good money leh. Hilson was damn slack in his dressing yesterday. He wore one SHORTS !! Yes the shorts the guys wear at home! with a normal t-shirt. Hahahhaha Rohaya was telling me, "Hilson thought this is his home ah" And she laughed like an hyenna !! whaahahaha

Hilson really the CAN leh ! I wear slipper also damn cold liao. Somemore he wore shorts ! hahhaaha ... aiyah u guys missed that sight.

Jason Jalim left at 2pm leh. He took over Maria shift mah. So left me alone at dada's desk. All becoz the PC i used to use very much, the now China Bernard's PC, i cant access the CSV. duno wat China Bernard did to it leh!

Going for RT later again. My bodyache still havnt recovered yet leh! Sick ! Pain man !
