Today first day of my RT !! Took 169 .. rather fast ... at first when i reached .. very paiseh .. duno why .. juz felt so embarrassed abt it !

Went there process in .... took sometime ... then go up the hall take height and weight .. then briefing .. then went for a 2 click run .. now i know why i fail .. coz i run abit .. i feeling damn fucking tired !! but i was in the first few ... haha ..

after that the pti brief us on the gym equipment ... how ah ... canot imagine myself going thru this hell of a training again ...

Then went home tiredly .. went to buy burger and nuggets for bro and sis .. i eat my mee hoon kway .. coz its nice and cheap ..

felt so thirsty .. drank so much water .. but its sweet water .... soft drinks .. soybean .... yakult .. wheat grass drink .. now i still feel like drinking .. why ah ..
