Thursday is my RT day !! I supposed to knock off at 1630hrs!! But to my surprised, i FORGOTTEN abt it !! I was still waiting for 7.30pm !! my knock off time mah !! But all suden when i looked at the clock, 1650hrs, and i all suden think why am i still working ?? I OVERWORKED !!! damn it ! I quickly log out !! Ask Jalim help me follow up once case, and faster go for RT. Lucky the bus came in time! But then the sotong me alighted at khatob mrt instead of yishun mrt !! As i walked, BUT WHERE IS THE FUCKING CAMP !!

In the end, i walked my way to khatib camp !!!!!

Today the interval training was 4 x 600 metres. The last time was 6 x 400 metres !!
Today i am very satisfied with my running results :)

1st Round : 2.28 mins
2nd Round : 2.48 mins
3rd Round : 2.42 mins
4th round : 2.45 mins

Hehehehhe .. but i think i still cant complete my 2.4km with passing results leh !

Hey anyway, today i received an email, dorcas send out one. Abt the EZ Link card. Think its ready alrady. she actually drafted out the list and ask those involved to pay the money but she sent another email asking us to ignore the first mail. I browse thru, saw yumin's name. Saw my name. And Rohaya's name also. Thn calls come in liao. But not many pple order the cards leh !
