My Complaint Letter To Singtel
I have written an email this afternoon about not receiving the refund from singtel mobile line after i have terminated my mobile line 98271981.
Coincidentally, in the evening, i had received your Remitance advise but the cheque PAYABLE is written as LOH MIN KAT instead of my name LOH MUN KAI .
This is VERY frustrating and unprofessional of SINGTEL.
When i apply for my 2nd singtel mobile line, NRIC was photocopied by the singtel vendor but my singtel bill was ADDRESSED to LOH MIN KAT, which is not my name. I spoken to your CSO, refax my NRIC and got it amended.
When i applied for my 3rd Singtel Mobile Line, SIMILARLY, i received my singtel bill ADDRESSED to LOH MIN KAT.
Whats going on with singtel? Cant even have your customer's name CLEAR. Furthermore, its a REPEATED MISTAKE.
Now that after i terminated my line, i receive your CHEQUE (624335 cheque number) with name written as LOH MIN KAT. For this, i would not be able to bank in my cheque at all.
I totally disappointed with SINGTEL on this issue. AM i going to inform singtel to change my name to the CORRECT name?? Not again!
Please explain and advise and make the neccessary amendment.
I am not going to send in any other document for your verification as i think Singtel is not doing your part and taking customers forgranted.
