SO AFFECTED !

SO AFFECTED man! Last friday i took a supply order. 25 JUNIOR boxes. But i duno why i booked as 25 JUMBO boxes. Courier deliver today. Customer rejected, and tat COURIER said in the AFTERNOON can redeliver the JUNIOR BOXES! NABEI !

I called WSC, NO JUNIOR boxes available. NOT a SINGLE one! Colleages ask me to call SUPPLY personnels to help. But that was already 12.30pm alrady! And colleage added on saying also canot help liao coz the inter transfer of shpt from ESC to other warehouse alrady over.

Customer said tmr morning CANOT. she wants it by PM.

After lunch i came back tell Rowena. She tried to help. When she came back, i kanna bombarded .Haiz .. its my fault coz i took the wrong orders and did not notify other supervisors or seek help from them. But hor, i tried to call warehouse liao mah .. and other colleages also said not in time to ask supply to help somemore. so wat to do ?? But all in all im still at fault coz never ask other supervisors for help .. haiz ..

Then this woman. courier NTY! shout at me say if shpt canot be uplifted then HOLD ME FOR RESPONSIBLE !! HOW FUCKING DUMB can she be!! Im only someone who answer to her call rite! FUCKING BITCH !
Told her courier mobi no network and i can help her send msg thru CSV. She ask me not to repeat that. I EXPLAIN again say i cant get the GUYS and wat i can do is to send a msg for her thru CSV NOW~ She keep saying its not her problem! FUCK MAN damn tulan, then i ask her "Then how do u want me to help u now" .. she started to said " I DUN WAN TO TOK TO YOU, BRING ME TO UR SUPERVISOR" . When i try to explain again, she repeated that again ! I mute her and try to contact courier again, she hung up. I HECK CARE !!
