You Meng : Which Line 2 are you talking about? Is it the item in NOTES column? This column is not storing the special instruction 1 to 4, it is a new field in CSV-3.1 named notes. Jade requested this new field to be added to the report. It is repeating because there is 2 shipment for this booking and the notes is for generally one booking reference number.

Dorcas : Go to the pick up query screen, key in the pick up reference and you will see what i meant.

You Meng : Are you talking about the AWB in line 2? For the AWB I create my own formula assuming that all 10 digits grouped together is an AWB. This Marcus Loh is so free to seperate the numbers with - sign, cause my formula to fail. I cannot identify an Airwaybill without applying that formula and control user input data. Please help me to communicate this. Thanks
