Today is my OT .. damn it .. so many on MC and Leave and expectedly, i was scheduled till 9pm for OT.

Had 2 stupid calls !! Asshole ! That fuck Ass ! Let me juz illeterate one case.

Customer :
Can you check for me the status of my shpt.

Me :
Can I have your AWB number.

Customer:
I dun have !

Me :
Do you know where this shpt come from, and the company name etc ?

Customer :
I can tell u the company's name .. its Technology $%#$% and my Company is $%$%&^%^ .

Me:
The info is not sufficient. I need the origin postcode and do have any idea when did they send the shpt out.

Customer:
I said i DUNO .. if i know i will tell you. Stop asking me for the AWB number and all the info ..

Me:
I have alrady done a check based on the company names ... and ur shpt is from USA, its too big already. And my system does not show any matching records now.

Customer :
I have the same shpt few mths ago .. you can check on the past records.

Me :
Can i have the previous AWB number.

Customer :
I dun have , I DUN have , I dun have . Can u stop asking me for the AWB number .. im getting pissed off when you guys always asked for the AWB number.

Me :
Its the basic for us to check status for customer. Past records on store for 3 mths and if u want me to trace back on the prevous AWB to check more details, i need the AWB for ur PREVIOUS AWB also.

Customer :
I said I dun have ! Stop asking me for the AWB number and postcode. TELL me how can i check the status.

Me :
In this case I CANT HELP !!

Customer :
Is there any other ways to trace it.
