Mike and Ivan

"M"ike works in a call centre in some MNC. His colleage "I"van is so cheap! Similarly, they have some premier service to sell to earn incentive.

Mike booked a premium service on Sunday. Then Mike's customer called in on Monday to inform his items are ready. Ivan got the call. Customer clearly mentioned he already made a comfirmation service on Sunday, but said duno if his account was created in the system. Ivan asks payment by what method. Customer said by credit card, AND THEN the call got cut off liao.

Mike had checked on his system. His arrgment for his customer was CANCELLED by "N"eNe. Reason being duplicate arrgment. A similar arrgment was made by Ivan, which cause duplication.

BUT why NeNe cancelled the earliast arrgment made leh but not the later, which is arrange by Ivan???? QUESTION MARK !

Possible Conclusions and Doubts : :

1) Ivan and NeNe got affairs so NeNe cancels Mike's arrangement. HAHAHAHA

2) When customer said ALREADY called in and comfirm service alrady, common sense and logic would promt the person to check on existing arrangment rather then to make a FRESH arrangment again, but somehow DOT DOT DOT ...

3) The call was cut off half way, hmmm maybe Mike's company calls recording system is SO bad thus did not able to listen to the whole conversation.

4) Or Ivan purposely Release the call and to make his own arrangment ah?

5) Mike could be too sensitive and that is only a misunderstanding.

6) Ivan could be fucking cheap.

Hahahahahaha .. poor Mike, I must ask him to join DHL instead hahhaahahhahha
